The Role:

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will: Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:

    \n
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • \n
  • Will disputes and challenges
  • \n
  • Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
  • \n
  • Trust litigation
  • \n
\n

Assist the Partner with complex, high-value cases Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal support

\n

About You:

\n

4+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
