An exciting Retail Media business is looking for an Insight Director to lead measurement, analytics and commercial insight across key retail partnerships.

• Based in Leeds/Bradford

• Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

• Permanent position
\n
• Start date: ASAP / September
\n
• £70,000 + 10% bonus
\n

The Job

As the Insight Director, your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Leading insight and measurement strategy across major retail media partnerships
\n
• Driving ROI growth through campaign evaluation and performance analysis
\n
• Using first party data and insights to identify opportunities for incremental investment
\n
• Managing and developing a high performing insight team
\n
• Creating compelling commercial narratives from complex data
\n
• Building senior stakeholder relationships across clients, retailers and internal teams
\n
• Driving operational excellence, automation and innovation across evaluation and measurement functions
\n
• Developing insight propositions that support commercial growth and demonstrate the value of retail media
\n

You

\n
• Strong background in insights, analytics, measurement or retail media
\n
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent storytelling skills
\n
• Confident translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations
\n
• Retail or agency experience beneficial
\n
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
\n
