This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially focused marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution, lead generation, team performance, and business growth in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:\n

• Lead and develop the marketing/sales team, driving performance and accountability.
\n
• Deliver lead generation strategies to support ambitious growth targets and CPL objectives.
\n
• Partner with senior leadership to align marketing activity with business goals.
\n
• Monitor and optimise key metrics including leads and conversions.
\n
• Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and external marketing partners.
\n
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
\n
• Implement scalable processes, reporting and operational improvements.
\n
• Manage third-party agencies, ensuring strong performance and ROI.
\n
• Produce accurate reporting and actionable performance insights.
\n
• Provide structure and leadership during a period of business growth and change.
\n

What you'll need:\n

• Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role (typically 5+ years or equivalent)
\n
• Proven experience managing and developing marketing/sales teams.
\n
• Strong track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
\n
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of CPL, ROI and lead quality.
\n
• Experience building and scaling high performing teams and processes.
\n
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with a direct and confident approach.
\n
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
