Reed is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to operational and project teams. Based full-time in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business operations, maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

\n
    \n
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities across the office.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems and business documentation.
  • \n
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
  • \n
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements.
  • \n
  • Organise internal meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.
  • \n
  • Ensure office administration processes are efficient and effective.
  • \n

Project & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to project and operational teams.
  • \n
  • Maintain project records, trackers and compliance documentation.
  • \n
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, KPIs and business updates.
  • \n
  • Support onboarding, inductions and training administration.
  • \n
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company procedures.
  • \n

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Build effective working relationships across departments.
  • \n
  • Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Support communication between management, teams and third parties.
  • \n
  • Assist with Health & Safety, Quality and compliance administration.
  • \n
  • Support internal audits and document reviews.
  • \n
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • \n
  • Produce accurate management information and reports as required.
  • \n

Skills & Experience

\n

Essential

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Project Administrator role.
  • \n
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Professional and proactive approach to work.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting senior managers and wider teams.
  • \n

Desirable

  • Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or a project-led environment.
