We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their busy Accounts & Procurement team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within accounts and finance administration. Working closely with the wider Accounts team, you'll provide essential administrative support while delivering excellent customer service to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department. \n
- Speak with customers, clients and suppliers to resolve queries professionally. \n

- Email, scan, file and distribute correspondence. \n
- Reconcile invoices and support finance administration tasks. \n
- Assist with general administrative duties within the Accounts & Procurement Department. \n

- Support the wider team to meet deadlines and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. \n

- Previous administration experience. \n
- An interest in developing a career within accounts and finance. \n
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Confident working with numbers and financial information. \n
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills. \n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in a busy office environment. \n
- Professional and confident telephone manner. \n
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach. \n
