\n\nUnlike the conventional world of corporate HR, this is the perfect opportunity to use your HR qualifications, skills and experience to advise client companies on HR strategies and personnel management which drives their growth and produce the time and cost efficiencies businesses are seeking today.
\n\nWorking with both longstanding and new client companies, you’ll play a key role in their people strategies as part of a small team of HR professionals specialising in outsourced HR management and support.
\n\nWith a growing portfolio of new clients, you’ll find no day is ever the same as you help to guide companies through the end-to-end HR management process.
\n\nOur client seeks applications from confident and knowledgeable HR professionals with 3-5+ years’ experience and who are Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualified. You will also need a good understanding of Employment Law practice.
\nAlso, HR Manager experience within SME organisations, along with a stable work history.
\n\nA car driver is also required, given this role involves some client visits.
\n\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
\n• Maintaining a sound awareness of updated practiced
\nemployment law to ensure clients comply with all legal
\nrequirements.
\n• Drafting bespoke employment documentation, including
\ncontracts, employment handbooks and policies.
\n• Advising clients on a range of HR-related issues, including
\nemployee relations, performance rewards and other benefits,
\ndisciplinary processes, grievance and restructuring programmes.
\n. Comfortable making decisions in an autonomous yet supportive environment.
\n• Actively managing disciplinary, grievance and similar
\ninvestigation procedures as well as TUPE transfers and
\nredundancy programmes for clients across the UK.
\n• Assisting with HR projects, including coordinating, monitoring,
\nresourcing, and providing management information.
\nCIPD qualified
\n. Experience of leading our clients in implementing performance management
\nprocedures.
\n. Experience in the management of the whole recruitment process.
\n. Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
\n• Providing coaching and support for the development of clients’
\nmanagement teams & employees.
\n\nExperience required for the role.
\n· CIPD full or part qualified.
\n· Good Employment Law experience.
\n· Proven track record working with senior managers and key stakeholders.
\n· Experience of the management of the whole recruitment process.
\n· Experience of leading clients in implementing performance management procedures.
\n· Excellent MS office.
\n· Driver with car for client meetings.
\n· Previous experience of working for a HR Consultancy advantage.
\n\nYou should also be a confident communicator with good IT skills and demonstrate the importance of attention to detail.
\n\nMonday to Friday. 9am-5.30pm
\nIdeally 30-40 minutes commute to Staines
