Role Highlights:

• As a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
\n

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
\n
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
\n
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative-projects.
\n

\n
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
\n
• You must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately.
\n
• Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will beprovided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

What We Offer:

• Elevated Pay Rates:Pay: £28,645.50 to £29,464.50 PLUS £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month giving an additional £8000+ over the year
\n

Qualifications:-

\n
• You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated. Have experience of using de-escalation techniques to keep young people safe.
\n

• SVQ 3 & HNC
\n
• Register under the PVG scheme.
\n

\n
