Job Description
This strategic HR Business Partner role will partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational change and people strategies across a complex, unionised environment. The successful candidate will lead on consultations, manage complex employee relations matters and provide expert HR advice to support a medical workforce while driving organisational objectives.

\n\nAre you an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner with a background supporting a medical workforce and/or working within the NHS? We are recruiting for an exciting part-time opportunity to join a progressive organisation and partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions.
\nSalary: £58,266 FTE (£29,133 pro rata) Contract: Permanent, 0.5 FTE Hours: Approximately 18.5 hours per week (based on a 37-hour full-time week) Flexibility: Hours can be worked flexibly, with consideration given to candidates seeking to work 3 days per week Location: Wolverhampton (2-3 days per week onsite)

- Contributing to the delivery of HR and organisational objectives \n
Profile
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\n- \n
- Significant experience operating as an HR Business Partner \n
- Experience working with a medical workforce and/or within the NHS (essential) \n
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and consultation processes \n
- Proven experience of workforce planning and organisational change \n
- Experience working within a unionised environment \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills \n
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational and organisational priorities \n
