• Lead a team of 3 qualified management accountants
\n
• Responsible for managing the budgets for 3 high profile areas
\n
• Provide financial advice and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
\n
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to aid decision-making processes.
\n
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
\n
• In month analysis of performance v KPI's and meet with stakeholders to discuss.
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
\n
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate with teams to improve financial performance and efficiency.
\n
• Support the preparation of business cases and financial models.
\n
• Deliver accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
\n

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
\n
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
\n
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
\n
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
\n

Job Offer

• A daily rate of £350 to £450, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility.
\n
• Temporary contract within the Not for Profit sector in Cardiff.
