Sous Chef – Care Home

Magnus Search are looking for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic Care Home based in Newton Abbot.
\n
This opportunity is a Full Time Temporary (possibly Temporary to Permanent) role, where you will work Sunday – Wednesday (Sunday –Tuesday: 7am–6pm & Wed: 7am–1pm). In this position you will be paid £19.19 per hour with weekly pay.
\n
As a Sous Chef your role will include:
\n
· Prepare and cook bespoke meals (liquidised, soft & standard diets)
\n
· Manage allergies and dietary requirements
\n
· Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
\n
· Support day-to-day kitchen operations
\n
Requirements:
\n
· Sous Chef (or similar) experience
\n
· Knowledge of specialist diets & allergens
\n
· Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service)
\n
· IDDSI training (preferred – can be provided)
\n
· Reliable and able to start as soon as possible
