An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a successful and growing international construction company. This role provides dedicated support to the Construction Director and offers a chance to become a trusted right-hand person within a dynamic environment. The position is predominantly remote, providing excellent flexibility, with a requirement to attend the Brighton office for a minimum of one day per week.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Provide comprehensive support to the Construction Director, managing a busy and constantly changing diary. \n
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related commitments, anticipating requirements and planning ahead to ensure maximum efficiency. \n
- Take ownership of tasks and make informed decisions independently. \n
- Manage executive and shared inboxes, prioritising correspondence and ensuring urgent matters are actioned promptly. \n
- Accurately input and maintain information within internal CRM systems, update project records, and manage digital filing systems. \n
- Coordinate travel and logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the Director and remote site teams. \n
- Monitor subcontractor insurance records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date and correctly filed. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous administrative experience within the construction industry. \n
- Strong inbox and email management skills. \n
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and electronic filing systems. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. \n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. \n
- Professional communication skills and a proactive approach. \n
Desirable Experience:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. \n
- Experience supporting senior leadership or directors. \n
- Travel coordination and accommodation booking experience. \n
- Knowledge of contractor compliance and insurance administration. \n
Benefits:
