Assistant Pub Manager (Full-Time - 40 Hours per week)

Salary: £32000 per annum

The Role

As Assistant Pub Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Pub Manager in the smooth operation of the business
\n
• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example
\n
• Help manage staff, including training and rota planning
\n
• Oversee food and drink service to ensure high standards
\n
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling
\n
• Support the organisation of events such as quiz nights and special functions
\n
• Step up to manage the pub in the absence of the Manager
\n

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality or pub management
\n
• Passionate about customer service and creating great experiences
\n
• Positive, energetic, and a strong team player
\n
• Well organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
\n
