A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing London team. The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will bring strong technical expertise, a proven client following and the ambition to play an active role in developing the firm's corporate and commercial offering.

The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a recognised multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, property, employment and specialist sectors. The firm works with a diverse client base and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where senior lawyers have the opportunity to make a real impact.

As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

The role will include:

* Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters* Managing and developing an existing client base* Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities* Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives* Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas* Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology* Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy* Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work

You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have:

* 8+ years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law* Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters* Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships* Excellent client management and business development skills* Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership* Strong communication and leadership skills* Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm
