\n\nWe are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
\n\nYou’ll be working full time, 42 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Redmarley.
\n\nRedmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse-led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
\n\nYour day-to-day…

- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care \n
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support \n
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way \n
- Assist with medical & welfare needs \n
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required \n
- Safeguard \n
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all \n

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
