Job Title: Highways Supervisor Location: Warrington Salary: £350 per day Role Highlights & Packages: £350 per day Long-term freelance contract Start Date: 17/08/2026 Major highways infrastructure project Opportunity to work with a leading civil engineering contractor Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to join a long-term highways project in Warrington. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Highways Supervisor Strong background in highways or civil engineering projects Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures Experience managing site teams and subcontractors SSSTS or SMSTS qualification CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities Coordinate operatives and subcontractors Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification Monitor quality and progress of works Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks Report progress and issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Contacts to Apply: Damian Aston 📧 Max Blake 📧 📞 (phone number removed)
