Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator to work a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract for a leading client in Leatherhead.
\nAs a knowledgeable Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will undertake the following:
\nCreate works orders and pick stock for set building requirements.
\nProcess orders for customers, including loading works orders as required.
\nComplete works orders and book finished goods into stock.
\nPrepare loan sets for use and dispatch using the client's ERP system.
\nPick instruments, implants, samples, and other goods, then pack and dispatch as directed.
\nShip and track loan sets as required, liaising with hospitals, distributors, and sales representatives where necessary.
\nMaintain UK consignment stock records.
\nEnsure all stock transactions are processed accurately to maintain stock integrity at all times.
\nPerform regular cycle counts in accordance with Company Policies.
\nReceive loan instrument and implant sets back into stock.
\nInspect instrumentation for functionality, missing parts, and cleanliness using approved checklists.
\nGenerate delivery documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and shipping paperwork as required.
\nArchive completed works orders, ensuring all have been completed correctly.
\nShrink wrap products.
\nAnswer inbound telephone calls.
\nProcess sales orders through to invoicing and inform management of any changes to delivery schedules.
\nGather all information required to set up new customers on the computer system and maintain accurate pricing records.
\nDeal with customer enquiries directly or coordinate responses from the appropriate departments.
\nLiaise with other departments to improve internal communication and operational efficiency.
\nGather initial information for, and log, customer complaints and incidents.
\nGenerate customer documentation, including order acknowledgements and invoices as required.
\nAs a competent Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

\nAccuracy in stock control, order processing & documentation
\nEffective team player
\nAbility to build positive working relationships across departments
\nQuick Learner, able to understand and follow warehouse, logistics and company procedures
\nStrong problem solving abilities
\nPrevious working knowledge of Stock Control & Inventory management, Order processing, picking, packing and dispatch
\nand Data Entry are essential for this position.
\nA Counterbalance forklift licence would be beneficial for this role but not essential.
\nHours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday day shift with flexible start times.
\nIn return our client is offering a salary of between £32 - £36k along with a range of excellent benefits.
