The role

As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting clients through the litigation process.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Handling personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution
\n
• Conducting Sheriff Court and ASPIC litigation
\n
• Drafting court documents, pleadings and client correspondence
\n
• Appearing in court where appropriate
\n
• Instructing and liaising with Counsel
\n
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims
\n
• Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures
\n

About you

This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:

\n
• Has at least 1 year's PQE in personal injury litigation
\n
• Has experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases
\n
• Is confident managing their own caseload
\n
• Has experience with advocacy and instructing Counsel
\n
• Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Is organised and capable of managing competing deadlines
\n
• Is comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
\n
