The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:

  • Contentious probate disputes
  • \n
  • Inheritance Act 1975 claims
  • \n
  • Will validity challenges
  • \n
  • Trust and estate disputes
  • \n
  • Executor and trustee disputes
  • \n
  • Estate administration matters
  • \n
  • Advising individuals, families and beneficiaries on complex legal issues
  • \n
  • Business development and relationship management activities
  • \n

About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • \n
  • Have proven experience in Estates and Contentious Probate matters
  • \n
  • Be capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • \n
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • \n
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • \n
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional client service
  • \n
