An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Associate Solicitor to join a respected legal organisation based in Salisbury. Specialising in Estate Administration, Trusts, and Contentious Probate, this role offers high-quality work, genuine career progression, and the opportunity to be part of a unique and purpose-driven organisation.

This position would suit a solicitor with strong expertise in Contentious Probate, Estate Disputes and Private Client matters, looking to work within a collaborative environment where client care and professional excellence are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Contentious probate disputes
\n
• Inheritance Act 1975 claims
\n
• Will validity challenges
\n
• Trust and estate disputes
\n
• Executor and trustee disputes
\n
• Estate administration matters
\n
• Advising individuals, families and beneficiaries on complex legal issues
\n
• Business development and relationship management activities
\n

About You

You will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
\n
• Have proven experience in Estates and Contentious Probate matters
\n
• Be capable of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
\n
• Be committed to delivering exceptional client service
\n
