Manufacturing Operative

Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment as part of a supportive team. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and operations run safely and efficiently.

  Salary from £25,000

  Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week)

  Process customer orders accurately, safely and on time, ensuring all procedures are followed.

\n
• \n

  Safely load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck.

\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate stock records in line with legal and quality standards.

\n
• \n

  Control packaged finished goods stock efficiently and accurately.

\n
• \n

  Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles.

\n
• \n

  Work in line with company policies, procedures and health & safety legislation.

\n
• \n

  Assist with wider site duties as required to support the operational team.

\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
• \n

  Previous manufacturing warehouse experience (essential).

\n
• \n

  A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).

\n
• \n

  Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

\n
• \n

  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

\n
• \n

  A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude.

\n
