Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in engineering, marine, offshore, energy or industrial sectors?Our client is a leading provider of specialist engineering services and technical solutions, supporting customers across the marine, offshore, power generation and industrial markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive account growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery across an established portfolio of clients.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

The RoleAs Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of established customers, ensuring strong engagement, customer retention and long-term revenue growth.Key responsibilities will include:• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers across your region• Conducting regular customer visits to understand operational requirements and future needs• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional products, services and support solutions• Re-engaging dormant customer accounts and rebuilding relationships• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries• Working closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met• Maintaining accurate customer activity and pipeline information within the CRM system• Attending industry exhibitions, events and customer meetings as required• Monitoring market activity and customer trends within your sectorAbout YouTo be successful, you will demonstrate:• Previous experience within an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager role• Experience working within marine, engineering, offshore, oil & gas, power generation or industrial sectors• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills• Ability to identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and opportunities• A proactive and customer-focused approachDesirable• Knowledge of diesel engines, rotating equipment, mechanical components or engineering services• Experience within marine or offshore industries• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systemsWhat's On Offer?• Hybrid working• Established customer base• Career development opportunities• Supportive and collaborative team environment• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunity to work with a respected engineering organisation serving critical industriesIf you're passionate about customer relationships and enjoy helping clients achieve their operational goals while delivering commercial growth, we'd love to hear from you.
