We are seeking a Fast Fit Centre Manager on behalf of a well-established automotive service chain with multiple locations nationwide. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:\n

• Lead and manage daily operations of the fast fit centre to ensure seamless service delivery
\n
• Manage a team of technicians and customer service staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
\n
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and operating budgets
\n
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
\n
• Oversee stock management and ordering to optimise workshop efficiency
\n
• Drive local marketing and PR initiatives to enhance the centre’s community profile
\n
• Contribute to staff training and development programmes
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and MOT testing regulations (when qualified)
\n
• Maintain operational standards and ensure high levels of service quality
\n

Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:\n

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within the automotive industry
\n
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
\n
• Strong customer relations skills with a track record of exceeding customer service standards
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Experience in fast fit repairs, MOT testing, or vehicle servicing is highly desirable
\n
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business growth
