Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operative. This hands-on role involves day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards and daily targets.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Handle, assemble, and process products within manufacturing and production processes.
\n
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, policies, and risk assessments.
\n
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within production areas.
\n
• Operate computer systems including Navision, Excel, and Windows.
\n
• Follow material requisition orders and production schedules.
\n
• Carry out chemical wash, cleaning, packing, and overflow production tasks.
\n
• Undertake stud welding and spot-welding operations once trained.
\n
• Accurately select, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
\n
• Update basic production, damage, and scrap records.
\n
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
\n
• Support stock movements, dispatch documentation, and courier labelling.
\n
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
\n
• Assist in other warehouse areas as operational needs require.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous production or warehouse experience desirable (training provided).
\n
• Awareness of Health & Safety.
\n
• Good attention to detail.
\n
• Basic computer skills.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
\n
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.
