You'll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:

• Will and inheritance disputes

• Inheritance Act claims
\n
• Trust and estate disputes
\n
• Capacity and validity challenges
\n
• Executor and trustee disputes
\n

This role offers excellent exposure to complex work, early responsibility and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

• NQ–1+ years' PQE with strong contentious probate experience
\n
• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
\n
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
\n
• Keen to continue developing within a collaborative, high-performing team
