The Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of an industrial/manufacturing office. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to oversee administrative functions effectively in a London-based environment. You will also manage 2 Administrators.

\nYou will work for an exciting engineering and construction business who have multiple offices in London. You will work in a hybrid working pattern with one day from home and most of your time spent in the modern Wimbledon office.

\nAs the Office Manager in Wimbledon, you will:

- Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment. \n
- Oversee administrative staff and support their professional development. \n
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships. \n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. \n
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the office. \n
- Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed. \n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative functions. \n
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. \n
- Ensure procedures are in place so the company can pass audit checks \n
Profile
\nA successful Office Manager should have:

- A proven track record in office management or a similar administrative role. \n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Experience in managing office budgets and expenses. \n

Job Offer
