Management Accountant

A luxury student accommodation business is looking to recruit an ACA qualified (or equivalent) candidate to join its finance function.

Main duties include:

-To own the accounting and reporting of revenue across the portfolio, ensuring rental income and ancillary income are accurately recorded.

-The role supports the Head of Management Accounts in delivering the monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts by leading on all revenue-related technical accounting, analysis and business partnering with Sales and Marketing, Operations and other Finance teams.

-The role will also be central to transforming how revenue is reported and forecast - including system upgrades and the adoption of new tools and automation - so is well suited to someone who embraces change and is keen to use technology to improve insight and efficiency.

You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) looking for your first move from practice. Experience with multi site or property audits would be an advantage.
