Base Salary up to £65,000+Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Join a leading global events and media business and take ownership of sponsorship sales across an established and growing portfolio of high-quality B2B conferences.

The Role

\n
• Sell bespoke, high-value sponsorship packages across a global large scale conference portfolio
\n
• Engage senior decision-makers
\n
• Build compelling commercial propositions that connect sponsor objectives to a high-impact, internationally recognised event platform
\n
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders globally to maximise commercial outcomes
\n
• Work closely with the Conference Production team to shape event audiences, identify high-value executive segments, and drive portfolio revenue
\n
• Report directly to the Head of Sales and take a lead role in hitting and exceeding revenue targets
\n

About You

\n
• Demonstrable experience selling complex, high-value sponsorship packages to a range of clients including enterprise organisations.
\n
• Three plus years in B2B sponsorship sales, with a strong and verifiable track record of success
\n
• Comfortable working within fast-moving editorial environments and evolving event narratives
\n
• Experienced navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior procurement processes
\n
• Commercially sharp, intellectually curious, and confident engaging at a senior level
\n
• A natural relationship-builder and skilled closer, equally effective working independently and collaboratively
\n
