Professional Indemnity Solicitor

Title: Professional Indemnity Associate Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate to join the Manchester office of a nationally recognised law firm with an outstanding Professional Indemnity practice. This is an excellent chance to work alongside recognised experts, advising leading insurers, MGAs and professionals on complex, high value negligence claims while developing your career within a market leading team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of professional indemnity matters while assisting Partners on technically challenging and high value disputes. You'll advise a diverse client base including solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers and construction professionals, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex professional negligence claims.

The role offers significant client contact, involvement in strategically important litigation and the opportunity to contribute to business development within a collaborative and supportive team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
\n
• Strong technical ability and excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to managing matters.
\n
• Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues while working effectively as part of a high-performing team.
