Packing Process Operatives

HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable Packing and Process Operatives. For a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford

To work Days Fixed on 4 on /4 off basis over week including weekends .

The Role :

Working within a modern dynamic factory team responsible for packaging high-quality food products.

Your daily tasks will include:

\n
• Handling ingredients and materials ( some lifting manual handling )
\n
• Operating production and packing machinery safely
\n
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
\n
• Managing clean, efficient shift handovers
\n
• Communication of line production, reporting improvement within the process
\n

Food production experience is a huge plus ( training will be given ) , but a great attitude is essential.
