Clinical Lead Deputy Manager - Complex Care

FIND Medical are currently supporting a leading healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Clinical Lead Deputy Manager to join a specialist neuro and spinal care service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership, drive quality improvement and support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care within a complex healthcare environment. The Role You will provide visible clinical leadership across the service, supporting nursing teams to maintain excellent standards of care, governance and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:\n

• Leading and developing clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
\n
• Driving improvements in quality, safety, compliance and clinical standards.
\n
• Supporting clinical governance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
• Working collaboratively with MDT colleagues, healthcare partners and senior leaders.
\n
• Mentoring staff and supporting the development of future clinical leaders.
\n

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with:\n

\n
• Active NMC registration.
\n
• Significant experience within neuro, spinal, neurorehabilitation, complex care or another high-acuity setting.
\n
• Proven experience leading clinical teams and driving service improvements.
\n
• Strong knowledge of tracheostomy care and respiratory management.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
\n
