Senior Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join a reputable Franchised Main Dealer in Gillingham, Kent. Duties as a Senior Vehicle Technician will include:\n

• Conduct technical diagnostics and repairs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
\n
• Maintain and develop technical skills through manufacturer training programmes
\n
• Uphold and deliver manufacturer and dealership quality standards
\n
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check procedures
\n
• Provide professional technical advice to customers and colleagues
\n
• Assist in ensuring workshop productivity and efficiency
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Automotive Engineering
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
\n
• MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
\n
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mentality
\n
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership is advantageous but not mandatory
\n
