HSEQ Advisor
Job Description
This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across two engineering sites, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice. You'll be primarily based on site near Neath in Wales with a requirement to be onsite at the South London site for 3-4 consequetive days per month.

Support ISO 45001 H&S systems

Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments

Support compliance with UK H&S legislation
\n - \n
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
\n - \n
Deliver inductions, training and toolbox talks

Quality (ISO 9001):

- \n
Support ISO 9001 quality systems
\n - \n
Perform internal audits and support external audits
\n - \n
Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
\n - \n
Maintain inspection and calibration records
\n
Environmental (ISO 14001):
\n- \n
- \n
Support ISO 14001 environmental systems
\n - \n
Monitor waste handling and sustainability initiatives
\n - \n
Ensure environmental compliance
\n
Cross-site:
\n- \n
- \n
Travel between the Wales and London sites (including 3-4 consequetive days/month onsite in London)

Standardise procedures and support continuous improvement across both sites
\n
Essential:
\n- \n
- \n
Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role (manufacturing/engineering)
\n - \n
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
\n - \n
Strong understanding of relevant UK H&S and environmental legislation
\n - \n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n - \n
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
\n - \n
Full UK driving licence
\n
Desirable:

NEBOSH (or membership/qualification with a relevant H&S body)
