Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join a well-renowned and highly respected company based in Diss. \n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities

- Process weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and within agreed deadlines. \n
- Input, maintain, and validate payroll data, ensuring all employee records are kept up to date. \n
- Administer new starters, leavers, and employee changes within the payroll and HR systems. \n
- Process contract amendments, salary changes, and other employee-related updates. \n
- Manage statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, and any other statutory entitlements. \n
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll queries, providing clear and accurate information. \n
- Process pension contributions, maintain pension records, and produce relevant reports. \n
- Prepare and issue payroll-related correspondence, including salary confirmation letters and other payroll documentation. \n
- Support payroll reconciliations and auditing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. \n
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and support the wider HR team with administrative tasks where required. \n
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times when handling sensitive employee information. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. \n
Skills & Experience Required
\n- \n
- Previous experience working within a payroll administration or payroll team environment. \n
- A sound understanding of payroll legislation and statutory payments. \n
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. \n
- Strong numerical and analytical skills. \n
- Confident IT skills, including experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business. \n
- A professional, proactive, and confidential approach to work. \n
