Our client is a well-established fire safety company providing compliance and safety services to a range of residential and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire an organised and reliable Office Administrator with experience in a maintenance or service-led environment to support the day-to-day running of the office.

\n

This is a varied, office-based role suited to someone who is comfortable dealing with engineers, chasing clients, managing paperwork, and producing accurate written reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing up and formatting fire safety and compliance reports
  • \n
  • Chasing clients for outstanding information, approvals, and payments
  • \n
  • Liaising with engineers and coordinating service or maintenance paperwork
  • \n
  • Managing incoming emails and phone calls
  • \n
  • General office administration and document management
  • \n
  • Updating internal systems with service records and job information
  • \n
  • Supporting senior team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • \n

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an office administration role within a maintenance, facilities, construction, or service-based business
  • \n
  • Strong written English skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Confident communicating with clients, contractors, and engineers
  • \n
  • Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment
  • \n
  • Experience within fire safety, compliance, property, or building services would be highly beneficial
  • \n

Salary, Hours & Location

  • Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • \n
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5pm
  • \n
  • Location: Office-based, North West London
  • \n
\n
