\n\nAs Group Financial Accountant, you'll sit within the External Reporting team, supporting consolidations, M&A integration, and both IFRS and US GAAP reporting. Working closely with an outstanding Group Head of Finance, you'll gain exposure across transactions, controls, and high-level reporting, with plenty of variety and visibility.
\n\nWhat you'll do:

- Assist with M&A accounting, onboarding new acquisitions, and IFRS 15 revenue reviews \n
- Prepare accounting papers for key transactions and strengthen reporting processes \n
- Assist in Group consolidation and external reporting, supporting both IFRS and US GAAP requirements. \n
- Support the production of monthly management accounts and Group Annual and Quarterly reports \n
- Prepare accounting papers for key transactions, including M&A, financing, structuring, and hedging. \n
- Support IFRS 15 reporting across local entities, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and smooth onboarding of new acquisitions. \n
- Drive post-acquisition reviews, analysing goodwill, capitalisation, and integration impacts. \n
- Partner with M&A, Treasury, Tax, and Divisional Finance teams to deliver ad hoc financial insights. \n

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - ideally Big 4 / Top 10 trained \n
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment \n
