\nDue to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to order completion. This is a varied role combining customer service, order administration, showroom support and sales coordination.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels. \n
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. \n
- Providing product information, pricing and order updates. \n
- Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers. \n
- Following up quotations and customer enquiries. \n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems. \n
- Coordinating with purchasing, operations and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. \n
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and conducting showroom tours, showcasing products and collections. \n
- Assisting customers with product selections and recommendations. \n
- Representing the business at industry exhibitions and trade shows. \n
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service activities. \n
- Ensuring all customer interactions reflect the company's commitment to quality and service excellence. \n
About You

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \n

- Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Experienced within customer service, customer coordination, sales support or sales administration. \n
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous but is not essential. \n
- Willing to attend trade shows and occasional industry events as required. \n
