\nWe're recruiting for a Parts Manager in Woodbridge to join a respected and growing business within the Agricultural and Groundcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced parts professional ready to step into a senior role where you'll have real responsibility, lead an established team, and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business.
\nBased in Woodbridge, this full-time permanent position offers a supportive working environment, strong employee benefits, and the chance to build a long-term career within a professional and forward-thinking company. You'll work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, with additional hours required during peak periods and Saturdays on a rota basis.

As Parts Manager, you'll take ownership of the department and support the wider operation by:
\n- \n
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department \n
- Managing the showroom and Goods Inwards area to maintain high standards \n
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the existing parts team \n
- Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email \n
- Supporting both the Sales and Service Departments with parts requirements \n
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade accounts \n
- Monitoring departmental performance, profitability, and stock levels \n
- Managing stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy \n
- Ensuring all administration and record keeping is completed accurately \n
- Working towards departmental targets and operational objectives \n
To be successful as a Parts Manager, you'll need:

- Previous experience within a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or similar position \n
- Background within Agricultural, Groundcare or Plant sectors would be advantageous \n
- Previous supervisory or management experience \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills \n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities \n
- Confidence managing workloads and prioritising tasks effectively \n
- Good IT skills and experience using internal systems \n
- High attention to detail and a professional approach \n
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative \n
