The Role

You will manage a broad commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial sales and acquisitions

• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, renewals and assignments
\n
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
\n
• Development work, option agreements and site acquisitions
\n
• Ongoing support for a diverse commercial client base
\n

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that values quality advice and long term client relationships.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property

• Able to confidently manage your own caseload
