Introduction\n

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a national client for their hub operation based in Crewe.

\n

This role involves delivering goods from the client's hub to various destinations using a lorry-mounted HIAB with brick grab deliveries. Drivers can expect between 1 and 4 drops per shift within a 30-mile radius of the depot, supporting operations across Cheshire. IF you do not have a HIAB ticket, training can be offered for the right person(s)

Key Duties\n

  • \n

    Deliver goods from the Crewe hub to customer locations using a HIAB-equipped Class 2 vehicle.

    • \n
  • \n

    Complete 1-4 deliveries per shift within Cheshire

    • \n
  • \n

    Operate HIAB equipment safely for Grab deliveries.

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and in line with company procedures.

    • \n
  • \n

    Follow all road safety regulations and site safety requirements.

Requirements\n

  • \n

    Valid HGV Class 2 (Category CE) licence.

    • \n
  • \n

    Valid HIAB certification preferred.

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous HIAB driving experience preferred.

    • \n
  • \n

    Good understanding of safe driving and lifting practices.

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable, professional approach with strong time management skills.

    • \n
Pay & Hours\n

  • \n

    £18.00 per hour PAYE.

    • \n
  • \n

    £21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

    • \n
  • \n

    Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed daily.

    • \n
  • \n

    Monday to Friday working - no weekends.
