Smart Repair Technician

Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 Basic

Hours: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive operation in Tring. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle cosmetic repair professional to work within a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality repairs to retail and used vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

• Carrying out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles
\n
• Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage
\n
• Completing alloy wheel refurbishments
\n
• Performing paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing
\n
• Carrying out bumper and panel repairs
\n
• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
\n
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
\n
• Working efficiently to meet productivity targets
\n

\n
• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician
\n
• Strong paint and refinishing skills
\n
• Experience with colour matching and blending techniques
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
