\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator to join a growing and customer-focused organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting the Customer Services function, ensuring customer enquiries, service requests and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
\nThe successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with both customers and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
\nCustomer Support
\n- \n
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding deliveries, collections and service requests. \n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service tickets. \n
- Ensure customers receive timely communication and resolutions to their enquiries. \n
- Assist in managing customer expectations and delivering a high level of customer service. \n
Supplier & Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to obtain updates on deliveries and collections. \n
- Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure commitments are met. \n
- Escalate any service issues where appropriate and support resolution processes. \n
Administration
\n- \n
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier information within internal systems. \n
- Ensure all enquiries, requests and updates are recorded correctly. \n
- Process administrative tasks efficiently and within agreed service levels. \n
- Manage documentation and support ongoing process improvements. \n
Internal Collaboration
\n- \n
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery. \n
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer requirements. \n
- Contribute positively to team objectives and service standards. \n
Shared Inbox Management
\n- \n
- Monitor and manage incoming customer communications. \n
- Prioritise and distribute enquiries appropriately. \n
- Ensure service level agreements and response times are consistently achieved. \n
Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. \n
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks. \n
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. \n
