• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Join a well-established business in Elstree as a Production & Warehouse Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, stock control, or operational support who thrives in a role that blends hands-on responsibilities with administrative and coordination duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Receive, record, and track production samples.
\n
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and department documentation.
\n
• Support equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
\n
• Conduct routine process checks in line with company procedures.
\n
• Perform stock checks and monitor inventory levels.
\n
• Order consumables and departmental supplies.
\n
• Archive records and maintain filing systems.
\n
• Assist with document control and SOP updates.
\n
• Help with rotas and scheduling activities.
\n
• Coordinate contractor visits and service appointments.
\n
• Take meeting notes and support departmental administration.
\n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
• Adhere to GMP procedures and company policies at all times.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, stock control, or operational support environment.
\n
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
\n
• GMP experience is advantageous but not essential.
\n
