A1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company based in Burnham on Crouch for experienced MIG / TIG Welders.

• MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal components.
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
\n
• Fabricate and assemble metal products to specification.
\n
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure high standards.
\n
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
\n
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
\n

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience within a sheet metal environment.
\n
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
\n
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
\n
• Experience using fabrication equipment would be advantageous.
\n
