Basic Salary: £25,000 + OTE £50,000+

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful dealership team in Southend.

The Role

• Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
\n
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional customer journey.
\n
• Assist with stock management, sales processes, and compliance.
\n

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years' automotive sales management experience.
\n
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
\n
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
\n
• A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
\n
