Domiciliary Carer

To provide friendly, compassionate care and support to people in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.

• Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
\n
• Help clients prepare meals and drinks and support them with eating if needed
\n
• Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
\n
• Provide companionship and emotional support
\n
• Help clients take medication as instructed and in line with company procedures
\n
• Encourage clients to remain as independent as possible
\n
• Follow each client's care plan and respect their choices and preferences
\n
• Report any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeing to your supervisor
\n
• Complete care records accurately after each visit
\n
• Follow health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures
\n
• Attend training and team meetings as required
\n

• Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential

Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and bank holidays, depending on service needs.
