Finance Business Partner
Job Description
Finance Business Partner
\nIf you're a qualified accountant who wants to influence decisions rather than just report on them, this is worth a conversation.
\nYou’ll be joining a large, multi-site services group operating across the UK (and internationally). They're looking for a Finance Business Partner to sit alongside operational leadership in that division — not a back-office reporting role, but a genuine seat at the table when decisions on pricing, investment, workforce and procurement are being made.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\nPartnering directly with divisional leadership, building the kind of relationship where finance is asked for its view before a decision is made, not after. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting, build models for investment appraisal and pricing, and provide constructive challenge on cost control and commercial performance. Month-end, variance analysis, ad hoc scenario modelling — the full partnering remit.
\nWhat they need from you:
\nA fully qualified accountant with solid post-qualification experience, someone who can turn a complex data set into something a non-finance operational leader can actually act on. Commercially sharp on margin, pricing and cost drivers, confident challenging senior stakeholders, strong on Excel and financial systems.
\nWhat's on offer:
\nCompetitive salary and benefits including a car or car allowance, hybrid working, buy/sell holiday scheme, and genuine investment in development — inside a growing, well-established organisation.
