When a young person's routine is severely disrupted, they require a calm, collected professional to step in. We are looking for workers who can look past the behaviour, understand the underlying trauma, and provide a reassuring presence.

Randstad Care is actively recruiting in Kingswood and across the East Bristol area. You will work with children with learning difficulties and mental health needs, helping them build confidence and engage with community activities safely.

This position is highly suited to anyone with a background as a Youth Mentor, SEN Teaching Assistant, Therapeutic Support Worker, Support Worker, or Sports Coach.

• Promote Trust: Engage vulnerable children using creative, person centred care.

• De escalate Conflict: Defuse high pressure situations with composure and robust professional boundaries.

• Collaborate: Keep accurate daily logs that assist multi disciplinary care teams.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of paid care experience within the UK sector.
\n
• Approach: Strong emotional resilience and a non judgemental attitude toward complex needs.
\n
• Transport: A full UK driving licence and car access is highly desirable for this region.
\n
