\nJoin Our Growing TeamWe are a successful and expanding construction company based in Barking, looking for an enthusiastic Admin / Trainee Sales Administrator to join our office team.

\nAbout the RoleAs an Admin / Trainee Sales Administrator, you will support the sales and office teams with a variety of administrative and customer service duties while learning all aspects of the business. Over time, you will develop product knowledge, gain confidence dealing with customers and suppliers, and have opportunities to progress within the company.
\nKey ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to the office and sales teamsAnswering telephone calls and directing enquiriesAssisting customers with orders and general enquiriesProcessing quotations, orders, and invoicesMaintaining accurate records and customer informationLiaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and deliveriesLearning product knowledge and industry terminologySupporting the team with day-to-day office dutiesDelivering excellent customer service at all timesWhat We're Looking ForWe believe skills can be taught, but attitude is everything.
