Finance Assistant

Your new companyA fast-growing Bath-based business are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant.Your new role*Assist in delivering an efficient debt chasing process including maintenance of the sales ledger.*Raise Sales invoices, and ensure all coding is correct. Ensure contact details are correct between sales and finance systems.*Processing invoices, assisting with supplier and client queries and the completion of new supplier forms. Paying suppliers in a timely manner.*Reconciliation of bank statements & credit card statements.*Assist in Payroll preparation for the external provider - obtain all information in a timely manner.
