Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorContract: PermanentHours: Part Time, 3 days per week (22.5 hours), with at least 2 days based in the office. Our client is a well-established organisation based in Solihull. This newly created role offers a rewarding and collaborative environment, hybrid working (minimum two days in the office), and the opportunity to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a purpose-driven business. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant, providing high-level EA, secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities and leadership priorities.Duties include:\n

- Providing comprehensive EA and administrative support to the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team \n
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring effective time management and preparation for meetings \n
- Coordinating Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers and taking minutes \n
- Tracking actions and ensuring follow-up on key decisions and deliverables \n
- Supporting internal and external communications, including briefing documents and stakeholder liaison \n
- Maintaining confidential files and handling sensitive information with discretion \n
- Coordinating business reports across departments including Finance, HR, Sales and Operations \n
- Supporting company events and key leadership-led initiatives \n

- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant / PA role supporting senior stakeholders \n
- Experience coordinating Board or senior-level meetings and governance processes \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively \n
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (e.g. MS Teams) \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail \n
- Ability to work independently, proactively and to tight deadlines \n
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels \n
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work \n
