7.5 ton Driver

Location: Swindon

Pay Rate: £14.40 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our client's team in Swindon.

This is a varied role combining driving duties with warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position.

• Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to complete deliveries and collections.
\n
• Load and unload vehicles, including heavy lifting throughout the day.
\n
• Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when not driving.
\n
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
\n
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service at delivery locations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and health & safety procedures.
\n

• Full UK driving licence with Category C1 (7.5T entitlement).
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
\n
• Previous 7.5 tonne driving experience preferred.
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
\n
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
\n

• £14.40 per hour.
\n
• Monday to Friday working hours – no weekend work.
\n
• Regular daytime shifts (7:30am – 4:30pm).
\n
